6 Session | Co-Parent Coaching

  • The coaching commitment consists of 6 sessions. It is my recommendation that we meet every other week for best results, but understand that we may have to work around your schedule. This is supposed to help you create more clam, not add additional stress to your life.

    The 6 sessions must be used within 4 months of our first session together.

  • While it’s encouraged to do the work together, I understand that may not always be possible. Whether you’re navigating this journey solo or with your co-parent, this program is designed to be impactful either way. If both parents choose to participate, you’re welcome to join the calls together.

    Additionally, if you’d like to schedule separate one-on-one sessions for each parent to address individual needs, I’m happy to accommodate—just reach out to discuss options.

  • Each of the sessions will be done via Zoom.

  • Each 45-minute session will revolve around the C.A.L.M. Approach to Co-Parenting; focusing on one foundational piece each time.

    However, I understand that things come up and you may need to use a session to discuss the current struggles you are experiencing in your home. I make sure that each session holds space for these important situations.
